Sooo... Last night I was reading a tutorial about making fantasy landscapes with GIMP. Well they also used a program called MyPaint and they caught my interest with it. So I went to the website and downloaded it. I wanted to see how it worked and try out the tutorial. Well I opened it up and started playing with it and the tutorial was completely forgotten. I could spend hours playing with all the different and interesting brushes they have in there. So I found out the other day that you could post literature on hear also. After years of lurking DA and finally making an account I never noticed this. So I think I will start to post some stuff on here finally. Photography and drawing are hobbies of mine that I occasionally indulge in. But writing is what I find myself doing more, even if it is just in my head. So with that said I will be posting short stories and poems on here. Which makes me happy because now I don't feel like an outsider that much. I always felt disconnected from DA because I hardly ever posted anything because I didn't really draw and I didn't get to go take pictures of

So I hate my computer. :pissedoff: A few months ago my computer crashed. I had to get it all fixed up and now I have even more virus protection and detection stuff, so that it won't happen again. But the reason I am angry at my computer is because... ALL OF MY PHOTOGRAPHS ARE GONE! :doh: I had so many picture on my computer that I was starting to upload to the computer and then the crash happened and my back up CD isn't working. So all of my pictures are gone and I am going to have to take a nice relaxing walk to take pictures again. =D The only good thing that came out of this is, I got a new camera! Now I have a sorta up to date digital cam
